Church Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Postal Holidays are observed.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM. The program is for three-year olds
("potty trained") through sixth grade. Children may be registered any Sunday at the
Church Office shortly before Sunday School begins.

YOUTH CONFIRMATION

Youth Confirmation is a three-year process, normally spanning the 6th - 8th grades of school.
The program is begun in the early part of September with Orientation.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Every July, St. John's has a two week Vacation Bible School (mornings). Registration
usually begins in mid April. The program is very popular and reaches capacity quickly.
The Director is Marilyn Mazeski.

VOTERS' ASSEMBLY

Voting Membership in the congregation is open to all confirmed members of the congregation..
Applications for Voting Membership may be obtained from the Church Office.
The regular meetings of the Voters are in the months of February, June and November.
The President of the congregation is Michael P. Berg.

OFFERING ENVELOPES

Sets of Offering Envelopes can be obtained at the Church Office during the year.
In the beginning of the calendar year a statement of the offerings from the past year is
mailed to the contributor for tax purposes
(the records are kept confidential).

CHOIRS

The choirs (Adult) practice on Thursdays and (Children) on Sundays after 9 AM service.
The Choir Director is Marie Melfi (277-2551).

FOOD PANTRY

St. John's maintains a Food Pantry to assist persons in need. Members are welcome
to bring non perishable items at any time for the Pantry. The Pantry serves the
Sachem School District. Food is given out by appointment.
People are to call the Church Office for appointments.
